  ·        The Bungalow is all on one level there is a threshold strip into the conservatory.

  ·        The front and rear entrance each has 2 steps.

  ·        Parking is in the drive very close to the entrance door, with outside light.

  ·        The drive is concrete and sloping towards the garage.

  ·        The double room has one double bed with access to both sides of the bed

  ·        The twin room has 2 full size single beds with access to one side only.

  ·        The bathroom has a standard bath with shower over, a non-slip mat in the bath is provided. The lock to the bathroom door is a standard bathroom lock that can be opened from the outside with a screwdriver.

  ·        The street/ road is tarmac level to slightly sloping with no speed ramps.

  ·        Supermarket and post office is a short walk  (aprox 4 minutes) or can be driven to just around the corner.

  St David’s cities centre a short walk (aprox 4 minutes) or can be driven to just around the corner.

   ·        The town of Haverfordwest is 10 miles.

  Buses run from St Davids to Haverfordwest and Fishgard

  ·        All mobile phone networks are available.

  ·        Dogs are welcome, but must be cleaned up after

  ·        Owners have Welcome Host training.
